How to reach us
- In the app — Profile → Help: a conversation with the Veltro team. You get the answer in the app and as a notification.
- About a booking or an order — Write to the shop directly from the booking or order page. If you can't agree, write to us and we step in.
- For businesses — In business mode: More → Help, or by e-mail.
Account and data
- Delete your account — Profile → Privacy & consents → Delete account. You delete it yourself, no request needed.
- Your data — What we keep and why is in the privacy policy.
