Terms of service

Veltro is a platform connecting car owners with independent service providers (workshops, detailing studios, parts sellers). The platform is operated by NYXCore LLC, identification number 406574390, registered address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Isani district, Vazisubani settlement, II micro-district, building I, floor 1. NYXCore LLC does not perform the work itself: the contract for the work is between you and the partner.

1. Account

You sign up with a phone number or Google. You are responsible for protecting access on your device. The Service is for people aged 18 and over.

2. Quotes and bookings

A partner's quote is binding for its stated validity and scope. The price changes only with your in-app approval (extra work).

A menu booking is a fixed price for the stated scope; some partners confirm bookings by hand, in which case the slot is held for you until they answer.

Cancelling is free up to 12 hours before the start; late cancellations and no-shows are recorded and may affect reliability. A partner's late cancellation (under 24 hours) affects its reliability score.

3. Payment

The partner submits the bill in the app; you confirm or dispute it within 48 hours (then it is confirmed automatically). You can pay online (payment provider) or on site.

The platform charges the partner a commission; the app is free for customers.

4. Warranty and disputes

The partner's warranty is stated on the bill (days). In a dispute use "Dispute the bill" in the app: we provide the communication channel and the evidence (photos, bill); responsibility for the work remains with the partner.

Online parts orders carry the statutory 14-day right of return.

5. Reviews and conduct

You can review only after a real booking. Abusive or fake content is prohibited and will be removed.

6. AI features

Photo diagnosis and the assistant are indicative and do not replace a mechanic's judgement.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is not the contractor and is not liable for work performed by partners, except where the law provides otherwise. We aim for continuous availability but cannot exclude interruptions.

8. For partners

A partner confirms it is a registered business, honours its quotes, keeps booking times, pays the commission on the monthly invoice and is responsible for its staff.

9. Changes and law

We notify you in the app when these terms change. Georgian law applies; disputes are settled by the courts of Georgia.
